In the individual, couple and family process, affect and transactional movements are crucial through their transporter and transportable qualities. While there is only one protagonist in psychodrama, in couple and family therapy everyone is a protagonist. Thus, when we are working with the integrative characteristics of psychodrama and family therapy concurrently, we encounter more than one reality. Within all these realities, since we have the knowledge that transactions are not two dimensional and do not consist of determined lines but rather multidimensional and contain very different direction and flowing characteristics; even though what is done is only a session of interview, the practice of psychodrama's unfolding quality in an interactive and directive style is likely to contribute more rapidly to growth and maturation through new experiences. Within a therapeutic flow in a matrix containing such a fast internal motion, the activation of the therapist -a “liberated/unrestricted agent”- which is characterized by multidimensionality is necessary. The follow-up and transition among transactions here are provided by utilization of emotion/affect and emotional/affective power, as a marker and as a transporter even if they are symptoms. At the transition to intervention, via being attentive to the conflict streams, in more of a transitional intermediate zone language; the therapeutic process is passing onto giving a new meaning, definition and conceptualization and is referred to by metaphors when encountered with resistance. While all of these are being carried out, the phenomenon of psychodrama enables us to work with structure, transactions and functioning all together at the same time. What is essential here is, being able to work through transactions with the visibility which allows us to see beyond and make interventions in the segment, where the internal objects are externalized by the internalization of external ones
