Family is traditionally in the focus of social work. However, social work is certainly not the only profession concerned with families, nor is it the only profession interested in social conditions and social problems of the families. As it is known, a family is far more than a collection of individuals sharing a specific physical and psychological space. So that, planning the efforts and interventions aims to family has a special importance. Within this study, planned intervention process toward the family was held in seven steps as engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, termination and follow up.
